This policy describes personal data processing on pavlovmd.com, the personal information website of plastic surgeon Valery Viktorovich Pavlov, in accordance with applicable Russian law. Browsing the website does not constitute consent to all processing, publication of images or advertising.

3. Website access and security
The server and hosting provider may process your IP address, request time, requested page, browser and device information, referring page, response codes and errors. These data support page delivery, operation, diagnostics and protection against misuse. The basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure website, subject to visitors’ rights; consent must be obtained separately where required for a particular operation. The website has no patient registration, payments or medical-document submission form.
4. Feedback
The website has no built-in feedback mechanisms. There are no forms for visitors to submit messages, photographs or medical documents.
5. Photographs, video and medical confidentiality
All photographs displayed on this website were obtained with the consent of the people depicted; their images are published and used with their consent. Patient materials are used only within the agreed purpose and scope, in accordance with personal data protection and medical confidentiality requirements. To request removal of your image or cessation of dissemination, contact us as described above and identify the page. Website photographs are not used for automated identification.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The website stores identifiers of previously viewed news items in localStorage to avoid repeated notifications. They remain until website data are cleared and contain no medical information. The website’s own implementation has no advertising trackers or web analytics. You can clear stored data in your browser. News notifications may appear again after you do so.
7. YouTube and messaging services
Video thumbnails load immediately from i.ytimg.com, disclosing your IP address and other request information to YouTube/Google. Clicking a thumbnail loads the youtube-nocookie.com player and requests playback. This mode does not mean that no data reach Google. WhatsApp, Telegram and YouTube also apply their own rules when you use them and may process data outside Russia. Not opening the player avoids loading it, but does not undo the thumbnail request.
8. Retention, protection and deletion
Processing may include collection, recording, storage, correction, use, disclosure, separately authorised publication, restriction and deletion, by automated and manual means. Data are retained only as long as needed for their purpose, unless law or contract requires otherwise. Publication follows the duration and conditions of permission; enquiries are retained until their purpose and applicable mandatory retention periods end. Specific log and backup periods must match provider settings and the controller’s rules. Once the purpose or lawful basis ends, processing stops and data are deleted or anonymised within the applicable statutory deadlines; backups must also be addressed. Safeguards include HTTPS and protection against unauthorised access. Absolute security over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
9. Your rights
You may request information about processing, seek correction, restriction or deletion where justified, withdraw consent and request that dissemination stop. Another lawful basis may permit continued processing after withdrawal. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable Russian law. You may complain to Roskomnadzor or seek judicial protection. Identity verification is limited to what is necessary.

The current policy appears on this page; updating it does not provide consent to new processing purposes. Russian, English and Finnish versions describe the same processing and do not restrict rights under applicable law.
